悉尼大学医学院部分课程不能申请Special Admissions Process
医学院(Sydney Medical School)以下课程不可以申请Special Admissions Process：

悉尼大学第二学期条件coe政策满足条件和流程
申请此政策需要满足以下条件且流程如下：
1. 学生的申请必须通过校方合作代理递出;
2. 学生已经拿到conditional offer;
3. 学生只剩下最终成绩单，毕业证和学位证三个条件没有满足;
4. 学生已经完成全部学业;
5. 学生通过学校教务处开具证明信，证明其将会被授予学士学位;
6. 达到上述要求后，申请此流程，学校将会为学生出具无条件offer;
7. 学生收到无条件offer后交学费;
8. 学校为学生出具eCOE办理签证;

悉尼大学第二学期条件coe政策中介所需提供材料
中介必须提供以下材料：
1. 学生名单里面(所有想申请此政策学生)，必须包含以下信息：
The University of Sydney; student identification number (SID)
Full name
Date of birth
Postgraduate course applied for;
2. 除最后一个学期成绩单外，之前所有学期的成绩单扫描件;
3. 学校出具证明信证明学生顺利完成了当前的学习;
学生名单请需发送至international.admissions@sydney.edu.au，每个学生的材料请单独分开写邮件
4. 最终的成绩单，毕业证和学位证请不晚于2016年8月26日之前发送到international.admissions@sydney.edu.au
5. 请告知学生，学生在入学后有可能需要提供所有材料的原材料，请随身携带!
如果在截止日期前没有提供最终材料，学校将取消之前发的offer和coe。
